Introduction
1 To the[e] O prophet I this book present
I know in this I have no bad intent
And when thou hast o’er all its pages look’d
If thou dost see a line wherein I’ve crook’d
Thou hast the pow’r the line to cast away
And down into its place another lay
Perhaps I’ve draw’n the bands to very tight
But upright men I know in truth delight
.2 O prophet true cease not to seek the Lord
That saints may through thy means secure the <word>
Although men chase thee as they did of old
The prophets true who did the truth unfold
Althou thou sailst through stormy seas and high
Fail not to raise thy voice & prophesy
That all the nations fair the truth may know
That God sees all the works of men below [p. [1]]
