General of the the following named arms and accoutrements belonging to the . to wit. one Yauger Rifle, one Holster and pistols, one sword without trimmings except scabbard one small cartouch box with belt, one bullet pouch and strap for hanging with, one powder flask with the nuzzle off— all <in> good condition except as is above named and valued at forty dollars— which aforesaid arms or accoutrements I promise, the said Coln to deliver to him, or his successor in office all or any part thereof in the like good condition when officially demanded Jany 13th 1844
