And now come the complainants and for to the answer of the defendants above named, says, that that part of said answer which relates to property situate on the South West qr. of ◊ the South half of the North East qr. of section No. 2 township no. six North of Range no. 9 West are admitted to be true, and that upon the said answer they, complainants are entitled <to> a decree against said premises for four fifths thereof.
And as to the rest and residue of said answer the complainants deny its truth and say that the allegations in their bill of complaint are true and they are entitled to the relief prayed.
