To Your Honour the Mayor and City Council of I hearby Certify that I have filled evry Order that has Bin Directed to me by the Mayor and has given all persons a Chance to work there Road tax that is subject to work within the I have maid out a List of the Delinquents I also have Collected some fines which I have in My possesion and am Ready to hand over I have spent or labourd thirty five days that is not settled for and I hope your honours will alow me the same
