Resolved that the Band exist as origginally organized in two Devisions the martial port the first Division the Brass the 2nd part and that they shall be assigned to each and by the chief musician according to the wisdom also that each Company Regiment Shall be provided with musicians by the officers thereof according to Law who shall be atttached to the Band
