There is sold to the following discribed piece or Lot of land situated on this west side of Main <street> and directly opposite to and west of Lot No 2 in block 40— in — Said Lot is not plotted in the plat drawn for but Contains 132 rods of land by being twelve rods in length east & west and eleven rods wide north & south And was at the time when bought probably worth about $800"— That however as to price & terms is refered to Br Joseph—
