Lot No 1 Is put to Br George W. Clide [Clyde] at $400;— It is agreed to <​be​> in exchange for Lot No 1 in Block 30 as he agrees to Make payment of a heavy pair of heavy oxen in the Spring. I have cultivated a notion to him that we will by his paying the oxen that we will try to let him have a Cow out of the payment The exchange & trade I hope will suit all parties
