Participated in Camp of Israel expedition to Missouri, 1834. Moved to Kirtland, Geauga Co., Ohio, by Feb. 1835. Ordained a seventy, 1 Mar. 1835, in Kirtland. Moved to Hanover, Licking Co., Ohio, by 1840. Migrated to Salt Lake Valley; arrived Sept. 1848. Moved to Leeds, Washington Co., Utah Territory, by May 1869. Ordained a high priest. Died in Leeds.
