, the attorney for the defendants in the above entitled cause being duly sworn says that the Plaintiff in this cause is as believes unable to pay the costs of this suit and since the commence of this suit he said is so unsettled as to endanger the officers of this court with respect to their legal demands; and that said has no property on which an or fee Bill can be levied and that said has no permanent place of residence in this at this time
