Know all men by these presents that we Joseph Smith Jr & of the County of and State of for the considerations herein after set do covenant agree to and with of the and aforesaid his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to make and execute a good and sufficient deed for all that lots of ground Situated, lying, and being in the <​Town of ​> County of and State of and known as the lot where Jacob Sherman lately resided and now in the occupation of the said . Also the lot lying directly East— of said lot with all their appurtenances & improvements and containing about two hundred and sixty four rods more or less.
