King’s) Recpt for me shall be sufficient proof of the payt thereof) I have this day assignd. transferrd. & conveyd. & by these presents do assign transfer & convey to Esqr of Ills— all the right title & interest of sd. Sweney my principal & all my own in sd. judgtIn witness whereof— I have this day set my hand & seal hereunto at Richmond Vermont August 14, 1845—
