An Ordinance concerning City Scrip to pay the police
Sec 1 Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of , that the Mayor of the City of is hereby authorized to issue City Scrip to the amount of one thousand dollars bearing interest at ten per cent for one year for the purpose of defraying the Expences of the Police [p. [1]]
