Be it ordained by the city Council &c
That all deeds within the limits of this shall be put on record at the city recorders office <for the registry of Deeds— in this ,> within six months,
Sec 2, If deeds are not put on record as above within the above mentioned time in the event of another being recorded first before that. The one placed on record first after the <expiration of the> six months shall be considered legal [p. [1]]
