Know all men by these presents that I, of the County of and State of are am held and firmly bound unto Joseph Smith Trustee in Trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, of the County of and state of , in the penal sum of one thousand dollars for the payment of which I bind myself my heirs & assigns.
Now the condition of the above obligation is such that if the said shall well and faithfully perform the office of agent for collecting funds for building the in the City of and shall make due returns of all sums of monies or properties so collected to the said Joseph Smith Trustee as aforesaid then this bond Shall be null and void otherwise to be and remian in full force and virtue.
Given under my hand and seal this tenth day of April A. D. 1841.
