as being Lot No. 2 in Block No. 79—— and received in payment for said lot Four notes of hand bearing even date herewith, for the sum of one hundred and eighty seven—— dollars, and payable as follows, with interest: viz
One note for Thirty seven dollars payable on the 1st. April 1843
One note for Fifty dollars payable on the 1st. april 1844
One note for Fifty dollars payable on the 1st. April 1845
One note for Fifty dollars payable on the 1st April— 1846
And also for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred and sixty three dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
The interest for each and every note to be paid annually.
