Circuit Court.
Judgment for cost against the on dismissal of cause. Fee Bill issued August 16th 1844. directed to the of Ills. and numbered 1616. which said Fee Bill was afterwards levied upon Lot 3 in Block 9 in wells addition to excepting 14 feet by 16 feet lying in the North west corner, and which said lot of ground was sold on the 15th day of April 1845. to . for the full Satisfaction of said Fee Bill & all cost. Now Therefore be it Known that I, , Sheriff of , having Receeived of the sum of Ten dollars, in full for the redemption of the above described Town lot from said sale. the said , being a subsequent purchaser of the said premises, I do hereby declare the same Redeemed from said sale. Given under my hand & seal, this 23rd day of February A. D. 1846.
