I Sheriff of said do hereby certify, that by virtue of a Fee Bill, in the case of vs. for Nine 37½/100 Dollars Cost. I did, in pursuance of the Statute in such cases made and provided, on the Seventh day of July 1845, offer at Public Sale, the Lots 46 & 47 in Block No 4 in s addition To the City of , and , having bid the some of Four 79/100 Dollars, and being the highest and best bidder, he became the purchaser. Now if the said Real Estate so sold, should not be redeemed within fifteen months from this date, according to law, then the said will be entitled to a deed for the same. Given under my hand and seal this seventh day of July 1845.
