It may be proper to here observe to the Council, That in the cases of vs in the winter of 42 & 3— that as yet I have not been paid for the long train of Service then rendered by me in the Suits— I delayed bringing an amount by reason of ’s appeals to the Circuit Court— But in the case of the City corts falling on the to pay— I here present the Case for the Consideration of the Council—
