said he could very cheerfully conform to all the rules of the council and felt thankful for the privilege of being admitted here. He with uplifted hand subscribed to all the laws and rules of the council.
A motion was then made that be received as a member of this council, a vote was taken & he was received unanimously and seated in order.
Coun. stated to the title of the and the relationship he sustains to the council. The clerk also stated the name of the kingdom and the constitution.
