Coun. was of the same mind with the others. He would be better satisfied to wait a little while before we act on this case. We want to be merciful inasmuch as wants to be saved & we hold the powers of life and death, but he still thinks we had best wait awhile.
Coun. said he had no feelings towards but of the best kind, but he felt as though it would be best, to wait till he complied with the decision.

Coun. has a feeling of affection for . He was acquainted with him before embraced the gospel. He feels desirous to see him get all the good he can. He believes will never betray this council nor any member of it and he [p. [166]]
