Coun. said that after hearing ’ remarks and confessions before the High Council last saturday he felt to forgive him. He feels like sustaining him as a member of this council.
Coun. said it is true that made some good promises, but he has not yet complied with the decision of . He thinks it would be wisdom to wait untill has complied with the decision.
Coun. moved that we rescind the vote on case and give the the privilege of exercising his own judgement in the matter.
Coun. had the same views with but he should agree to what the head said. [p. [165]]
