when we met last did not know the law on the subject and wanted to examine. It would be unnecessary to organize the if we cant have the thing carried out. Would it not be better to ascertain whether we can organize on this principle before we undertake to do it.
The knows the power is in the bosom of the commisioners court to make as many precincts as the people may petition for. And he dont want to have any thing thrown out to the people as though there is doubts about its being lawful.
