disadvantages. They have not been able to get but a few weeks paper at a time and this has caused irregularity in the times of publication. They have not type enough to print both papers at the same time, and they have sometimes taken matter which was already published in one paper and have put it in the other paper. As to publications being altered he does not know of any particular instances where matter is altered. Conference minutes have never been altered, unless in some instances where long sermons have been included which contained nothing of interest, they have left such things out in order to get in other matters of importance. He does not know that any one has altered any letters. They have frequently requested brethren in [p. [229]]
