the to give reports of meetings and other interesting matters, but there are but few men who can write an article suitable for the printers. They are now waiting for paper, and are behind with the matter a month. He will cordially hold up both hands to have a reporter at every meeting.
Coun. made some further remarks on the subject.
The said if there should be any change in the editorial department his mind is centered on brother & he wanted to mention it, that the brethren might think on the subject.
Coun. said he had no objections only his constitution is broken down and his eyes are weak, but he will do what he can.
On motion of the council then adjourned till next tuesday at 10 o clock A.M.—— [p. [230]]
