with the terms of said Sale. Now this Indenture finally witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of two thousand eight hundred and thirty dollars to Sum in hand paid, hath granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, Sell and convey unto the said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns the last mentioned and described lands To have and to hold said lands together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever— In Testimony whereof the said party of the first part hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the day and year first above written—

I a Justice of the Peace within and for said do hereby certify, that Hugh Rhodes as administrator for Erie Rhodes deceased whose signature appears to the foregoing Deed, and who is personally known to me to be the identical person whose name is subscribed to said Deed as having executed the same, this day appeared before me, and acknowledged that he had signed, sealed and delivered the same as his free act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein expressed In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal at the City of , this twelvth day of October Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and forty three
