This Indenture made and entered into this Thirtieth day of March in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and forty three Between Joseph Smith as sole Trustee in Trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints of the County of and State of of the first part and Elizabeth Buchannan Coolidge of the County of and aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth, that the said Joseph Smith, party of the first for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell, convey and confirm unto the said Elizabeth Coolidge party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of Land situate and being in the County of in the State of known and described as follows. to wit: a part of Lot Number three in Block Number one hundred and twenty four of the City of beginning at the South west corner of said Lot and running thence East fifty feet thence north one hundred feet and nine inches thence west fifty feet thence South one hundred feet and nine Inches to the place of Beginning Together with all and singular the appurtenenaces thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said Elizabeth Coolidge party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever And the said Joseph Smith [p. 50]
