In the Matter of the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased
And now on this day Came into Court here and filed his petition praying for letters of administration on the Estate of Joseph Smith late of in the state of Illinois deceased and having filed a bond Conditioned for the faithfull performance of his duties as such administrator It is Considered adjudged and decreed by the Court here that Letters of administration on the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased be granted to said
And it <is> further ordered by the Court here that Wm H Mauro J P Wightman and Francis Bridgman be appointed to appraise the personal property of said deceased [p. 189]
