came into Court and represented that Joseph Smith departed this life on the twenty seventh day of June last, having property in this State at the time of his decease which may be lost or destroyed if speedy care be not taken of the same, and that she is widow of the said Joseph Smith, and the said prays the court to appoint her administratrix on the Estate of the said Joseph Smith deceased. And thereupon it is ordered by the court that be and is hereby appointed administratrix on the estate of Joseph Smith late of the County of deceased.
And it is further ordered that the said enter into bond duly conditioned according to law in the penal sum of Two thousand dollars, with security to be approved by the Court.
And thereupon the said executed bond with and as securities, which said bond is approved and ordered to be filed and recorded.
Ordered that Letters of Administration be issued to appointing her administratrix on the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased, and that the same be recorded
Ordered that Warrent be issued to [blank] authorising them to apprise the personal property belonging to the estate of Joseph Smith decd. all which is done accordingly. [p. 341]
