This day came and filed his affidavit, that he verily believes that the bond of the present administratrix is insufficient for the protection of the creditors of the estate of Joseph Smith dec’d.
And thereupon it is ordered that issue commanding administratrix on the estate of Joseph Smith deceased to be and appear before this Court on the 11th. day of Sept. AD 1844 at 12 OClock and s[h]ew cause if any she has why she should not give additional security as administratrix on said Estate. [p. 351]
