This day Came the by his attorney and the said defendants being called came not but made default whereupon it is considered by the court that that the Judgment of the herein be affirmed and that the have and recover of the said defendants the sum of Seventy four Dollars and Ninety Eight cents Together with his costs by him on this behalf expended as well in the court below as in this court and may have therefor &c [p. 124]
