they the said Joseph Smith Jr and then and there well knowing the said Goods and Chattels to have been feloniously Stolen, taken and carried away against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the Peace and Dignity of the

And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that Joseph Smith Jr late of said afterwards to wit— on the said second day of October in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and thirty Eight, with force and Arms at the County aforesaid one Saddle being part and Parcel of the Goods and Chattels aforesaid so as aforesaid feloniously Stolen taken and carried away, feloniously did receive and have, he the said Joseph Smith Jr, then and there well knowing the said Goods and Chattels to have been feloniously Stolen taken and carried away, against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the Peace and Dignity of the
