I Send This By Mr William Allton He is Hereby Authorized to Make all necessary Enquiries Respecting My Intrests and any Contract Made with Him you May Consider as Made with Me and I will Execute the papers according to His Contract It would Be a Matter of Importance to Me to have the whole amount of purchase Money Before the first of May as My Physicisian Advises A Change of Climate for My Health which I am not Able to do unless I Should Receive the Money
