Dec 20th. 1840 Council met again according to previous adjt at the house of Joseph Smith jr to decide the charge against .
The case was submitted to the First Presidency (who also presided in Council during the course of said trial) by mutual consent of the parties without making pleas on either side.
The Presidency decided that he (), should be acquited of the charges brought against him which was voted unanimously by the Council. Adjourned
