was appointed to see that all the necessary wants of the be suplied, as well as, to provide sufficient means or appropriations for a clerk or clerks to aid President Joseph Smith jr in his important work.
<P 30> , for and in behalf of the , prefered a charge against for a course of fraudulent proceedings and conduct by him practiced, on said Church relative to a town lot and lots in commencing in falshood continuing in error and eventuating in unchristianlike conduct, done and conducted within the last twelve months.—
Whereupon Nos. 9, 10, 11, and 12 were appointed to Speak on the case. The charge was sustained after which it was decided that should stand <expelled> from the society of the Church untill he make a satisfactory confession and restored all the damages which he has caused to be done by his unchristianlike &cconduct &c.—
Resolved, that , and be appointed to visit for the purpose of inquiry and examination into the affairs of the purchase and also of the church Records and make a report of the same to the .—
