D. of the County of and State of , of the one part, and Joseph Smith as Sole Trustee in trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of the and aforesaid of the other part, witnesseth, that the said , and as Master and Wardens &c for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred ninety-one ⁷⁵/₁₀₀ dollars to them paid by the said Joseph Smith Sole Trustee in trust &c the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien and confirm, unto the said Joseph Smith, Sole Trustee in trust &c and to his successors in office and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land situate and being in the County of in the State of and known and described as follows, to wit; the North East quarter of lot number one in Block number one hundred of the City of .
