On the sixteenth day of November 1861, before me personally appeared George Frank, Reuben Harmon, & A. S. [Alvin Stone] Richards within named, and made solemn oath that they would, upon actual view, honestly and impartially assign dower, and appraise the real estate of Joseph Smith Jr deceased, in pursuance of the within order of the Probate Court of said County.
