There are no separate entries recorded in the Nauvoo City Treasury Ledger for $10.00 for any orders to George W. Langley dated 2 September 1844. Langley’s account in the ledger notes eleven orders on collector dated 2 September 1844 totaling $34.00. This and the two other extant pay orders for Langley dated 2 September 1844 likely correspond to three of those eleven orders.
