To the Honorable, Mayor, Aldermen, and Counsellors of the City of ,
We, the undersigned Petitioners, citizens of the said , do humble request and pray that your Honorable body, will order an Alley opened, sixteen feet wide, running from North to south, through the centre of Block No. one hundred and Twenty-six (126,) in the City of , and your Petitioners, as in duty bound will ever pray
