To His Honour the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors of the City of
A Petition to against <Hotchkiss street> Street <from White to Winchester street> <from Arlington St> being opened until fall on account of having been at considerable expence to fence, plough &c to raise a crop this year and by opening said street would cause great inconvenience and loss & your petitioners would therefore humbly pray that your honourable body will not pass a Law to open said street at present and your petitioners as in duty bound will ever Pray
