To the Hon City Councel gentleman we your undersignd Petitioners having understood that thare is a Hog Law Passed in the , we your humble Petitioners Pray your Hon Body to Repeal the above Law. and to pass some law to Make the Owners of unruly Hogs Acountible for all Damages Committed by them. Gentleme we do Belive that you will Act for the Best for the Peace and Comfort of the Citizens of thearfor we submite to your Decisions,
