To the honorable Council of the city of
Your petitioner begs leave respectfully to represent to your honorable body that on the account of the recent location of Water Street along Block 151.— brings the Sellar or basement Story of the house of your petitioner entirely in the Street,—Your petitioner does hereby pray your honorable body to remunerate him for the Land accesssed by the Street and also for the trouble and expense of moving his Sellar And your petioner will every pray
