The Court of inquiry and assessment of fine met at the residence of Col ’s according to previous adjournment on the 1st of June 1844

At one o’clock the Court proceeded to buisness.
The fine assessed against on the 1st of June 1844 for neglecting to make returns to the Court of Assessments was remited.
The following fine were then assessed against the delinquents in Capt ’s Compa[n]y for nonattendance at the Compay, Battalion, and Regimental parades on the 4th 11st and 18th days of May 1844 [p. 21]
