in this suit, said sale did not take place on said day, but was adjourned to the 8th. day of November A. D. 1851, and this Commissioner again caused a notice to be published in the Warsaw Signal, a newspaper published in said County of , stating in said notices that in pursuance of said decree I would, as such commissioner offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder for cash at the Court House in the town of in said County of on the eighth day of November A. D. 1851 certain lands and town lots which were fully described in said notices and which are hereinafter described, being the same lands and town lots described in said decree a copy of which last mentioned notice, with the certificate of the publisher thereto annexed as to the publication thereof is herewith filed, said notice was published in said Warsaw Signal for four consecutive weeks prior to said sale, the first of said publications having been made on the 11th. day of October A. D. 1851 and the last on the 1st. day of November A. D. 1851.
I further report that in pursuance of said notices published as aforesaid, I did, on the said 8th. day of November A. D. 1851 attend at the Court House in said Town of and County of and State of and then and there offered for sale said lands and town lots at public auction to the highest bidder, at which time and place the same were stricken off and sold to the following named purchasers <at the following prices said purchasers> being the highest and best bidders therefor, A. Chandler Esq. a Government Agent, duly appointed, attending and bidding in behalf of the , complainant herein.
All of the lands and town lots below described are situated in the County of and State of .
