Deducting from this amount the one sixth thereof to wit, $1212.95 to which the said is entitled in compensation for her dower by virtue of said decree and there is a balance of six thousand sixty four dollars and eighty cents; deducting from this balance the sum of four hundred and ninety six dollars and sixty cents ($496.60), being the amount of costs and expenses paid out by me as above stated (not including the 10.70 paid for recording and the $15 paid for abstracts of title which are not properly taxable against said defendant) and also deducting the sum of twenty dollars, being the amount of costs taxed by the herein and there is left a balance of five thousand five hundred forty eight dollars and twenty cents to be applied as a credit on the amount found due to said complainants from the defendants by the decree rendered herein at the July term of this Court A. D. eighteen hundred and fifty one.
