To the Sheriff Coroner of said —GREETING:)
We command you to summon administrator of the estate of Joseph Smith deceased if to be found in your , to appear before the Circuit Court of said County of , on the first day of the next term thereof, to be holden at the Court House, in , on the Eighteenth <Third> Monday in the month of April A D 1849 to answer the complaint of a plea that he render unto him the sum of Four thousand dollars which to him he owes and from him unjustly detains to his damages of the sum of one thousand Dollars, as he says. And have you then there this writ, and make return thereon in what manner you execute the same.
