Biography
1 May 1822–7 Oct. 1900. Clerk, miner, trader, merchant, farmer. Born in West Fairlee, Orange Co., Vermont. Son of Phineas Kimball and Abigail Colton. Moved to Nauvoo, Hancock Co., Illinois, 1842. Plaintiff in Kimball v. L. C. Bidamon et al., 1849–1852, in Hancock Co. Moved to Curtisville, Tuolumne Co., California, by Apr. 1850. Returned to West Fairlee, 1851. Married first Louisa Barthlomew, ca. 1855. First wife died, 13 Apr. 1865. Returned to Nauvoo. Married second Dena Icking, 25 July 1866, in Hancock Co. Died in Nauvoo.
