Member of Kirtland high council, 1835. Moved to Caldwell Co., Missouri, 1836. Lived in Knox Co., Illinois, by 1840. Married second Margaret Dawsett, 19 June 1853, at Green Co., Illinois. Moved to Montezuma, Pike Co., Illinois, by 1860.
