TO Joseph Smith—— GREETING:

Lawrence a minors, & of the age of fourteen years the ballance under 14 years; you are therefore, hereby appionted guardian of the said minor’s person and property; and authorised and required to do and perform all the legal duties of Guardian, aforesaid.
