An Act ordinance for the fencing of the old Burying Ground
Sec 1. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of that the Supervisor of Streets is hereby authorized and instructed to appropriate a sufficient portion of the delinquent Road Labor to fence the old Burying Ground— the fence to be at the discretion of the Mayor
Sec 2 This ordinance to be in force from and after its passage
