that there be three assistant supervisors <​appointd to act​> in the same <​in the differt wards​> manner as the Supervisor is now appointed. and whose to act in their respective wards—
Se 2. That it shall be the duty of the city assistant supervisos to act under the direction of the Supervisor— and qualify in the same manner— as the supevisor is qualofid.
